Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing schedules, payment methods, and due dates for services rendered by GrayWorks, are established in individual service agreements between GrayWorks and the client. Late payments may incur additional fees, interest charges, or penalties as specified in the applicable service agreement. GrayWorks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrayWorks Technologies & Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to GrayWorks for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our website and services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, DC.
